If you've spent any time in the Kansas City wedding industry over the last 25 years, there's a good chance our paths have crossed. I’ve built my career around relationships, business growth, and helping people succeed.
Today, I serve as Director of Operations for ThirtyOne Thirty Venues, where I support our venue managers, operations, staffing, maintenance, sales efforts, and client experience across our growing portfolio of venues.
I'm passionate about connecting people, solving problems, and helping our teams create exceptional experiences for clients and guests. Around here, I'm often the one showing up with all things pink, introducing everyone to my favorite DoorDash spots, and helping turn ideas into action.
When I'm not working, you'll find me at our ranch spending time with my family, spoiling our dogs, dreaming up the next big idea, or planning our next adventure.
What drew me to ThirtyOne Events was the incredible amount of talent, passion, and overall kindness within this team. After owning Better Ask Angela for more than 10 years, I made the decision to close my business to work alongside Alisha Richardson, the founder of ThirtyOne Events. Her vision, passion, work ethic, and commitment to people were unlike anything I had experienced. The opportunity to be part of building something so special alongside one of the most talented and hardworking people I've ever met was one I couldn't pass up.
