Fran Kelley

Hi! My name is Fran, and I am so excited to be here!

I joined ThirtyOneThirty:Events in August of 2025. After spending many years in sales and recruiting, I was ready for a new adventure.  Building relationships and helping people has always been at the heart of what I do, and I am thrilled to bring those passions to this amazing team as the Office and Client Relations Coordinator. 

I was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida, but I've proudly called Kansas City home for the past 15 years. One of my favorite parts of my role is being our clients' first point of contact and helping connect them with the right team member to bring their vision to life. I also love supporting our incredible team behind the scenes and ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

I am a proud mom to my two beautiful daughters, Caroline and Maddy, who fill my life with joy, laughter, and adventure.

Outside of work, you can find me chasing the sun whenever I can. Since there aren't any  beaches in Kansas City, you'll usually find me enjoying a pool day, spending time at the lake, or soaking up the sunshine any way I can in the summer. Fall and winter are for coffee shops, screened-in porches, and spending quality time with those I love most.
